1. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Your return request is submitted to us within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
The product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (not what you ordered).
Please Note: Certain product types are generally non-returnable for reasons of hygiene, customization, or digital nature. These include, but are not limited to:
Digital downloads or software.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Perishable goods.
Intimate or sanitary products.
2. The Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it:
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are not returned in their original packaging.
Final sale items, such as clearance merchandise or items purchased at a significant discount (unless defective/damaged/incorrect).
Original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item).
Non-returnable items as specified in Section 1.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

Provide Details: In your email, please include:
Your Order Number.
The Reason for the return.
Photos of the item (especially if defective, damaged, or incorrect).
Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address (RAMPART REALTY INC, 7 MONICA DR, EDISON, NJ 08820). Do not ship returns to this address without prior authorization and instructions.
Important Notes:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective/damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
